On January 28, 2023, Guo Lifu, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area, visited Zhuobogen for research and discussion on the creation of the "China Europe Cooperation Demonstration Zone" and the promotion of the construction of the Yanghu Pilot Zone in the overseas returnee town of the European American Alumni Association.

  Guo Lifu visited Zhuobogen China headquarters, Yanghu Street International Community, and other places to gain a deeper understanding of the progress and operation of related projects.

Guo Lifu pointed out that the Xiangjiang New Area has provided a good industrial and talent foundation for the development of the Yanghu Pilot Zone for returnee towns. The long-term development of returnee towns should find a long-term positioning, actively face the market, focus on innovative cooperation, create brand services, and strive to become an important pivot for Hunan's international exchange and cooperation in China, Germany, and even China and Europe, and help the new area build an open highland.
