Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales targets and plans: Based on the company's strategic planning and market conditions, develop sales targets and plans, including indicators such as sales revenue, market share, profit margin, etc;
2. Develop sales strategies and budgets: Based on market research and analysis, develop corresponding sales strategies and budgets to ensure the implementation and completion of sales plans;
3. Exploring new markets: Leading the sales team to gain a deep understanding of the target market, analyzing market trends and customer needs, developing corresponding sales plans, exploring new markets, and developing new customers;
4. Maintain close communication with customers: Maintain close communication with potential and existing customers, understand customer needs and feedback, provide professional sales services, handle customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction;
5. Analyze market dynamics and competitor information: Regularly analyze market dynamics and competitor information, collect market feedback and data, and provide a basis for the company to develop better sales strategies;
6. Participate in the work of other departments of the company: Participate in the work of other departments of the company, such as supply chain management, logistics management, after-sales service, etc., and provide professional advice and support in sales;
7. Cost control: Monitor and control sales costs based on budget and plan, ensuring that sales costs are controlled within a reasonable range.
Job requirements:
1. Strong English listening, speaking, and writing skills, with the ability to independently receive foreign guests for business negotiations;
2. Years of experience in international trade or sales;
3. Familiar with international trade processes and laws and regulations, possessing professional knowledge in the field of international trade;
4. Having good communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with clients;
5. Sharp market analysis ability, with foresight towards changes in domestic and international markets;
