The Zhuobogen China Headquarters Project (project name: Zhuobogen 1900) is a key provincial and municipal construction project and the first foreign-funded enterprise China headquarters project in Hunan Province. It is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Xiangpu Road and Jingyuan Road, at the intersection of Metro Line 3 and Line 8.

The project plans to invest approximately 2.1 billion yuan, covering an area of 38000 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 200000 square meters (with a capacity of 130000 square meters). The project will combine the needs of international professionals to build supporting industrial platforms such as the China Europe Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation Center, the International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Base, the International Business Center, the International Fengqing Commercial Street, the International Talent (Overseas Returned Talent) Apartment, the International Talent Station, the International Brand Hotel, and the Foreign Expert Bookstore, as well as international living facilities.
