Yanghu International Community is the first international community in Hunan Province, belonging to Yanghu Street, Yuelu District, Changsha City. It covers an area of about 0.75 square kilometers and is the starting range of the overseas returnee town pilot zone. It is planned to have more than 4000 households and 12000 people. On December 26, 2020, the Yanghu International Community Preparatory Committee was officially established. The International Community Neighborhood Committee has formed a professional foreign-related team, compiled a bilingual version of the "International Community Service Guide" in Chinese and English, and regularly holds more than 10 cultural exchange and experience activities between China and foreign countries. It has played an important and positive role in attracting and serving international talents and has formed a wide influence among international talents in Changsha.
